Lead Bayer’s Canadian launch strategy for an oral Factor XIa inhibitor in a adaptable hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario. Reporting to Bayer Inc.’s President and CEO, this Product Lead will direct strategic, launch, and financial accountability. The position requires pharmaceutical leadership, Canadian launch experience, and cross-functional execution. You will translate market insights into positioning, readiness, investment, and customer-engagement decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related discipline At least eight years’ strategic pharmaceutical leadership experience Recent successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience required Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations Cardiovascular, neurology, or hospital-market experience strongly preferred Bring launch leadership, customer insight, and disciplined investment management to Bayer’s Canadian Factor XIa inhibitor program.
