You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires solid relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuits Prepare full-cost estimates from concept through tender Lead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisions Complete material, labour, equipment,



and subcontractor take-offs Track estimated versus actual costs and report variances

Requirements:
Five years of estimating experience Four years of construction management experience Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diploma Advanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiency Strong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilities Apply civil estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative communication to deliver value across Chandos infrastructure projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
