The Network Engineer is responsible for planning and developing network infrastructure designs to meet company needs, current and future. Utilizing data analytics/monitoring/alerting you will provide technical direction on future network design that will meet/exceed the long-term trends based on actual data/statistics. This role interacts with global peers and partners/providers to review, share designs, assist in building product and platform roadmaps. Network Engineer II The Network Engineer is responsible for planning and developing network infrastructure designs to meet company needs, current and future. Utilizing data analytics/monitoring/alerting you will provide technical direction on future network design that will meet/exceed the long-term trends based on actual data/statistics. This role interacts with global peers and partners/providers to review, share designs, assist in building product and platform roadmaps. Configure Network equipment like Switches, Routers, AP, Firewalls located at over 430 sites, via remote access and in person. New Backup LTE, DSL migration, VLAN deployment, Racking/stacking/cabling, Switches retrofit, Routers upgrade) Participate in troubleshooting sessions with multidisciplinary teams and with vendor partners to ensure optimal network operation. Monitor and troubleshoot network systems for new ways to improve performance. Perform data backups, update virus protection software, and implement new network data security systems. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer engineering or electronic Engineering.



~ Experience developing, designing, configuring, and supporting large network infrastructures, most notably in the WAN and LAN domain. ~ Knowledge of Network Security concepts, components, and architecture. ~ CCNP, CCIE or JNCIE certification is an asset. ~ Wifi knowledge, concepts and support experience is an asset. ~ Experience with programming/coding skills, scripting level is an asset.
