Shape AI-powered LegalTech experiences as a Senior UX Designer in Toronto, using user research and product analytics across core products. At Litera, you will own end-to-end design for a core product area across Microsoft add-ins, web, and mobile. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to frame problems and deliver user-centered solutions. The work includes navigating complex legal workflows while balancing speed, craft, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

Five or more years designing and shipping live products B2B SaaS experience elevating design maturity Working knowledge of AI design principles Microsoft ecosystem design experience, including add-ins Robust stakeholder alignment and design rationale presentation skills Bring senior UX leadership, AI design knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to Litera’s complex legal technology platform.
