solutions that drive digital transformation across your field operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting state-of-the-art mobile mapping and positioning technology. You will gain deep, hands‑on insights into complex spatial systems while directly influencing product reliability, customer satisfaction,



and field performance through your expert troubleshooting and client training. Provide technical support and advice to customers, sales representatives, and product managers on applications, product performance, installation, and critical topics. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving complex problems during installation phases of projects. Participate in the technical training of staff and clients in the use of company products. Provide field product support, i.e. operations support, installation of recent systems, customer hardware/software training, problem solving, product trial/development support, sales demonstrations, and undertake business trips. Participate occasionally in product technical reviews, impact assessments of new releases and reviews of competitive activity, and recommend product enhancements to engineering and sales staff. Responsible for maintaining a quality customer database. University degree in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Navigation, GIS, Geography, or a related field. Knowledge and experience in Mobile Mapping, Photogrammetry, and Remote Sensing. Ability to describe complex technical facts understandably. Excellent customer service skills. Willing to undertake business trips for training purposes. Bonus Points For ~ Travel Requirement: Less than 10% (for training, trials, and customer support).
