Lead retail property performance at RioCan through financial management, tenant relations, and operational oversight across a portfolio including Tanger Outlets, Ottawa. Reporting to the Regional Director, Operations, the General Manager oversees property management and operations for RioCan properties. The position combines leadership, financial accountability, emergency response, and collaboration with Asset Management, Leasing, Construction, and marketing teams. You will support strategic goals and objectives for the centre.

Key Responsibilities





Maximize portfolio financial and operational performance Lead property management and operations functions Supervise rent collection and resolve tenant receivable issues Develop teams through training and performance management Oversee emergencies, contracts, repairs, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Five to seven years of retail property management experience Demonstrated financial management ability Exceptional customer service and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Bring retail property management, financial accountability, and cooperative leadership to RioCan’s Tanger Outlets, Ottawa portfolio.
