You’ll lead ground-up mid-rise projects from pre-construction to closeout, with the support of a solid site team and real authority to get things done. Mid-rise construction experience Retirement residence construction experience Own your projects from first drawing to final handover Keep the schedule tight and trades, materials and approvals moving Control budgets, change orders and cost-to-complete Lead tendering, scope review and subcontractor relationships Manage RFIs, shop drawings and documentation in Procore Drive quality, safety and a clean closeout 5+ years managing construction projects, ideally with a GC or CM Strong command of drawings, specs, contracts and the Ontario Building Code Procore, MS Project and Excel experience CCDC contract experience is a bonus Substantial ground-up projects Full-time, in-person role with dental and vision benefits #
