Shape D2C commerce strategy at SAP through product management, cloud-native platforms, and API-first solutions across enterprise channels. Work with Engineering, UX, Architecture, customers, and partners. As Senior Product Manager, you will define SAP Order Management capabilities and guide them from discovery through adoption. You will translate customer needs into requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. The work spans digital commerce, omnichannel experiences, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Define D2C commerce vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends Lead discovery, validation, delivery, launch,



and continuous improvement Maintain prioritized backlogs and establish measurable success criteria Mentor product managers and guide cross-functional decision making

Requirements:

Significant software product management experience Knowledge of D2C, digital commerce, and omnichannel experiences Technical awareness of SaaS, APIs, and cloud-native architectures Experience with Agile engineering teams and product lifecycles Solid communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Bring strategic product leadership, technical curiosity, and customer-focused decision making to SAP’s evolving D2C commerce portfolio.
