Key Responsibilities
Prepare construction cost estimate reports through design stages Manage estimating and cost planning activities Apply value management and value engineering techniques Lead client and consultant interfaces throughout projects Research Canadian construction market conditions and published data
Requirements:
Five to ten years delivering construction cost services University degree in quantity surveying or related field Qualified organization membership such as CIQS, RICS, or AACE Experience using CostX is an asset Experience with pre-construction and post-contract services Bring construction estimating, cost planning, valuation, and client leadership experience to Turner & Townsend’s Canadian project portfolio.
