As Director, Quality Assurance, you will position the practice as a strategic partner to delivery teams. You will define direction, evolve standards, and support predictable delivery. The role includes talent development, governance, risk-based testing, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mobilize teams around priorities, roles, expectations, and accountability
- Develop talent through skill growth, career progression, and knowledge sharing
- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and administrative management
- Define Quality Assurance vision, standards, methodologies, and validation mechanisms




- Establish indicators and governance tools for testing quality and maturity

Requirements:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent education and experience
- Seven to ten years of Quality Assurance experience
- Team management experience within Quality Assurance

- Advanced French and intermediate English language proficiency
