As Head of Partnerships, you will report directly to the CEO at an established Canadian company becoming AI native. You will shape partner integrations, distribution channels, and a recent team. The position requires product partnerships experience, platform integration, and cross functional delivery. Toronto based, it is hybrid with about three office days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow revenue through institutional partner relationships across Canada and abroad
- Integrate partner services into AI platforms and tools
- Own partner adoption and success alongside engineering




- Translate partner value into product requirements and objectives
- Hire and lead a team with measurable goals

Requirements:

- Three to seven years of product partnerships experience
- Experience integrating partners into platforms or products
- Ability to deliver requirements with cross functional teams
- Strong judgment on profitable partner economics
- Interest in AI and technology with a product first mindset
