The VP Finance is responsible for: Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support informed decision-making by senior leadership. Lead the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities. Financial Performance Management: Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting dashboards to monitor performance and support resource allocation. Audit & Financial Governance: Coordinate the annual external audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors. Oversee financial reporting and audit-related activities for affiliated entities, as required. Systems & Process Improvement:



Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of financial information. Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team, strengthening individual capabilities, leadership effectiveness, and overall team performance. Collaborate with departments across the organization to support operational planning, financial forecasting, and effective resource allocation. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
