Prepare detailed investment memorandums, financial models, and presentations for investment committee approval. Monitor market trends, economic conditions,



and capital markets to identify opportunities and risks. Oversee asset management activities, including leasing, property operations, and capital expenditures. Negotiate and manage financing arrangements for property acquisitions. Contribute to strategic portfolio planning and risk management initiatives. A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in real estate investment management, acquisitions, or capital markets. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, underwriting, and closing significant real estate transactions. Deep understanding of real estate finance, valuation techniques, and investment structures. Robust financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel. Extensive knowledge of the South African property market, with a preference for experience in the Northern Cape region. Professional qualifications such as CFA or an advanced real estate designation are highly regarded.
