We are expanding our clinical family and looking for an enthusiastic Dental Aide who loves interacting with people and keeping the energy high. Whether you are fully licensed and ready to jump chairside, or a motivated individual looking to grow into a clinical dental aide role, we want your positive attitude!

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

- Keep the Momentum Going: Effortlessly prep treatment rooms, transition between patients smoothly, and keep the day running right on time.
- Sterilization Champion (Aide/RDA): Maintain a flawless infection control workflow to keep our team and patients secure.
- Patient Hype-Person: Greet patients with a warm smile, calm their dental anxieties, and provide clear, friendly post-op education.




- Team Collaboration: Jump in to help your teammates whenever needed—because we always win as a team.

What You Bring to the Table:

- For Dental Aides: Prior experience in a medical/clinical setting or a massive desire to learn, an obsession with cleanliness, and an unbeatable work ethic.
- The Vibe: A quick-thinking, proactive mindset with the ability to stay calm, organized, and cheerful when things get busy.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients of all ages.
