Summary

As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you’ll support kitchen operations and help the team prepare and serve the restaurant’s menu. Your impact: Consistent, well-coordinated kitchen service helps guests enjoy their meals and house-made desserts.
Responsibilities

- Support daily kitchen operations and coordinate tasks with the team.
- Help prepare and cook menu items.
- Guide and supervise kitchen team members during service.
- Follow food handling and food safety practices.
- Help maintain an organized kitchen and consistent food service.
- Qualifications
- Required:



Reliable transportation to Spruce Grove (located 15 min west of Edmonton)
- Required: Food preparation and cooking skills.
- Required: Team management and supervising experience.
- Required: Knowledge of food safety and food handling.
- Required: Kitchen experience.
- Preferred: Restaurant management, food service or restaurant experience; leadership and hospitality skills.
