Silver Heights Veterinary Hospital is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated staff member to join our team. Previous experience in animal care is an asset.

We are a privately owned, wellness-based hospital focusing on our canine and feline friends. The position would involve Veterinary Reception duties including but not limited to:

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phones, triage calls, and manage the clinic email inbox and online scheduling platforms
- Invoicing, processing payments, and balance closing out the daily till
- Act as the liaison between anxious pet parents and the veterinary medical team

All applicants should have a high degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain composure in an emotionally charged or busy clinical setting. Familiarity with basic veterinary medical terminology is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
