The Opportunity

Red Ram Truck Parts & Service is looking for a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Puller to join our salvage yard team. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and you're ready to tear it down and build your career, we want YOU on our team!

What You'll Do:

- Extract and prepare sold parts orders by accurately locating, removing, and preparing parts from heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
- Maintain the yard to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Organize and manage inventory effectively to keep tracking accurate.
- Process incoming vehicles as new inventory enters the yard.
- Boost team and yard efficiency and operational health through teamwork and diligence.

- Hands-on skills: You have experience using hand tools, power tools,



and heavy mechanical removal equipment.
- Operational execution: You have solid administrative comprehension including the ability to read work orders, identify equipment, follow instructions, and maintain accurate part identification.
- Physically unstoppable: You can safely lift, carry, and handle heavy or awkward components using appropriate mechanical assistance.
- Weather-proof: You have the environmental resilience to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
- Detail-driven: You have sharp organizational skills and a strict commitment to safe work practices.
- Dependable: You demonstrate your reliability through steady attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
- Crew-first: You have sharp communication skills and a relentless team-first attitude..
- Mobile: A valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
- Certified: Equipment certifications relevant to operations are an asset; any required qualifications must be held before operating the applicable machinery.

Experience:

- cutting torch: 3 years (preferred)
- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (preferred)
