PKS Lifts Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicle lifting equipment. We design, manufacture, and service hydraulic lifting systems for a variety of industrial, automotive, transit, and specialized applications. We are seeking an experienced spare parts, service & warranty coordinator. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and can handle a high level of administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Reviewing required parts, costs and time constraints with clients and staff

· Working directly with our Engineering Dept. to investigate part inquires

· Ensuring customers receive parts needed in timely manner

· Preparing/providing product quotations and administrative duties.

· Experience delivering a high level of customer service on sales inquires.

· Experience with automotive Hoists is an asset

· An appetite for continuous learning, and motivated to find answers.

· Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills

· Experience working under pressure and setting priorities

· Reading assembly and part drawings is required

· Parts Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving Experience an asset.

· Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Must be able to communicate critical information to management in a timely manner on special projects and daily duties.

· Attention to detail and the ability to work in an ever-changing atmosphere is required.

· Thorough, detail-oriented and organized.

· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of machined parts, fabrication processes an asset.





· Experience with Hydraulic, Pneumatics’ and Electrical parts and fittings an asset.

· Able to work both in a team environment and unsupervised

QUALIFICATIONS

· Highly effective communicator. Strong telephone and customer service skills.

· Experience working in manufacturing an asset

· Experience with ERP System. (E2 Shop System is an asset)

· Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

· Superior problem-solving skills

· Interact, respond, and follow up with customers on a daily basis and promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

· Processing customer orders through our computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery

· Utilizing the computer system and other means to look up the correct parts for repairs.

· Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

· Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.

· Adhering to company policies and procedures.

· Support sales through up selling, service, pricing, delivery and inventory inquiries.

· Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold

· Overseeing parts program including ordering, returns, verification of prices, assigning purchase orders and working with Operations Supervisor to set minimums and maximums for stock

· Thinks outside the box with a drive and motivation to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
