Nanaimo Mitsubishi, part of Landsperg Automotive Group (LAG), is looking for an Assistant Service Manager who can help lead the team, keep operations moving, and deliver an experience customers come back for.

Whether you’re already in service leadership or you’re a strong Senior Service Advisor ready for your next step, this is a chance to take on more responsibility—and make a visible impact.

What You’ll Take On

- Help run the day. Support the Service Manager with daily operations, appointment flow, workload coordination, and department priorities.
- Bring out the best in the team. Coach and support Service Advisors, reinforce expectations, and jump in when the department needs a hand.
- Own the customer follow-through. Help resolve concerns, communicate clearly, and make sure customers understand the work, the cost, and the timeline.
- Connect the moving parts. Work closely with technicians, advisors,



and the Parts Department to keep jobs progressing and avoid preventable delays.
- Help drive results. Support department performance through accurate repair orders, consistent follow-up, appropriate service recommendations, and a strong customer experience.

What You Bring

- Automotive dealership service experience and a solid understanding of how a busy service department operates.
- Leadership ability—whether you’ve held the title or already become the person your teammates rely on.
- Confidence handling customer concerns without losing your cool or making promises the shop can’t keep.
- Robust organization, attention to detail, and comfort working with dealership management systems.
- A practical, accountable approach: you spot the issue, help find the solution, and follow through.
