We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Lead / Coverage Technician to join our team. This position involves cross-training across multiple site locations to provide essential coverage, support daily operations. Is that someone you? If yes, we would love to meet with you!

Salary & Work Days:

- Starting at $18.00 per hour to start
- Hours: Minimum 20 hours guaranteed per week (Part-Time), up to Full Time based on needs
- Day, Evening and weekend availability
- Dartmouth/ Halifax Area
- We have an ongoing need to fill this position as various roles open

Type of work you’ll be doing?

- Cleaning of business locations - common areas such as the lobby, reception, hallways, offices, washrooms, lunchrooms
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, garbage removal

Key Responsibilities

- Site Coverage & Relief: Step in to cover shifts across various locations for scheduled absences, time off, or operational needs. On Call capability is a must.
- Leadership & Cross-Training:



Complete cross-training at all assigned sites to understand specific site protocols and guide or support team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness across all covered sites.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with management regarding shift updates and operational requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Citizenship & Clearance: A Canadian Citizen eligible and able to obtain federal security clearance. Also Successfully pass a criminal record check
- Transportation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and have your own reliable personal vehicle for travel between work sites.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to varying site schedules across coverage assignments.
- Experience: Previous experience in facility/janitorial services is preferred.
- Speak and understand english
- Comfortably lift without risk or injury
