We’re looking for a passionate Brand Ambassador to share our behind-the-scenes story and connect with our audience through authentic, engaging content.

Job Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll drive the identity of Charlton & Hill on social media, showcasing our work, culture, and community involvement. You’ll create vibrant, real-time content to highlight our projects, job sites, and events, bringing our story to life for our followers. This is an in-person position - the successful candidate must be in Lethbridge, and will spend some time in Medicine Hat. You'll be taking a company car to our various job locations, community events, etc. in each of our locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Multiple daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linked In, Google My Business, and other relevant platforms, sharing engaging photos, videos, and stories.
- Live Engagement: Go live from job sites, community events, and behind-the-scenes moments to showcase Charlton & Hill’s work and culture.
- Storytelling: Highlight the Charlton & Hill behind-the-scenes story, including team dynamics, project progress, and community impact.
- Audience Interaction: Interview technicians and clients. Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal, active community.
- Brand Representation: Embody Charlton & Hill’s values of quality, integrity, and community in all content and interactions.

Requirements

- Social Media Presence: Proven track record on Instagram or TikTok showing active and ongoing engagement.
- Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms,



and content creation best practices.
- Experience: Prior experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or brand representation is a plus.
- Skills: Strong storytelling, video editing, and photography skills; comfortable with live streaming and public speaking.
- Attributes: Charismatic, reliable, and professional with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Availability: This is a full-time position. Applicant must have a flexible schedule to attend job sites, community events, and create content as needed in Southern Alberta.
- Valid License: A valid class 5 driver's license with 3 or less demerits, and no distracted driving infractions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Some familiarity with Charlton & Hill’s industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical services).
- Local to Lethbridge or willing to relocate.
- Experience with analytics tools to track content performance.
