Store Manager – Popeye’s Supplements Langley
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + manager bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our Langley store and build it into one of the best-run, highest-performing stores in the company. If you love fitness and sports nutrition, know how to sell, and get a kick out of building a team that wins, keep reading.

This is not a “sit in the office and make the schedule” management job.

We need someone who leads from the floor, coaches the team every day, understands KPIs, drives sales, holds people accountable and keeps the store running at a high standard.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven retail management experience and strong personal selling skills
- Someone who leads by example on the sales floor and can sell, not just tell everyone else to sell
- Experience actively coaching employees and following up on their progress
- Comfortable holding staff accountable and consistently enforcing company standards
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs such as average sale, units per transaction, conversion, sales targets and individual performance
- Comfortable with inventory, merchandising, labour, scheduling, cash handling and day-to-day store operations
- Someone who takes initiative, notices problems, fixes them and follows through without waiting to be told
- Competitive, but knows how to build a positive team culture
- A strong interest in fitness and sports nutrition
- Reliable and organized

We can teach products. It is much harder to teach someone how to lead people, coach performance, create accountability and actually care about the results of their store.

What the job actually looks like:

You’ll own the overall performance of the store. That means sales, KPIs, staffing, scheduling, inventory, store standards,



loss prevention, training, customer experience and daily operations.

Your team should always know what’s expected of them. You’ll give clear direction, support people as they develop, follow up on what you coach, and address it directly when standards aren’t being met.

Some days will be great. Some days you’ll have a call-in, a shipment show up, a customer issue, and sales behind target, all at once. That’s retail. We’re looking for someone who handles it, solves the problem and keeps the team moving.
