Little Kickers is hiring reliable, energetic and engaging coaches for our Greater Halifax team!

We teach soccer to children ages 18 months to 8 years through fun, structured and imaginative classes. You don't need to be a soccer expert, but you do need to be confident leading young children, comfortable being silly and enthusiastic, and genuinely excited to be there!

What we're looking for

- RELIABLE: You show up on time, prepared and ready to coach. Our families and your fellow coaches depend on you.
- ENGAGING: You connect with children, learn their names and actively involve everyone in the class.
- ENTHUSIASTIC: You're outgoing, playful, confident and bring energy to every session.
- SKILLED: You communicate well with parents and can follow a structured lesson plan.
- COMMITTED:



You can consistently work Saturday and/or Sunday mornings.

Qualifications

- Experience working with young children is strongly preferred.
- Coaching, teaching, ECE, camps, recreation or theatre experience is an asset.
- Must be physically able to actively coach for 3+ hours.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.

We provide paid training and structured lesson plans.
