Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Floral Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets, handling fresh flowers, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, and customized flower orders according to customer requirements.
- Select, cut, clean, and condition fresh flowers and greenery for arrangements.
- Prepare floral products for daily orders, special occasions, and wholesale distribution.
- Follow design guidelines, colour combinations, and arrangement specifications.
- Ensure that all arrangements and bouquets meet company quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain the freshness and proper handling of flowers and floral supplies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient floral design workstation.




- Monitor flower inventory and report shortages or damaged products to the supervisor.
- Package, label, and prepare completed arrangements for delivery or pickup.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete orders accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Previous experience in floral design, bouquet preparation, or a related field is preferred.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of colour and design.
- Ability to handle fresh flowers and floral materials carefully.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet daily production deadlines.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work.

Pay: $25,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
