About Mattress Mart

Mattress Mart is looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team in Dartmouth as a Warehouse / Delivery Manager Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and grow into a management role within an established, customer-focused company.

We provide full training and a supportive working environment to help you learn the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and home delivery department.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and home delivery department.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring products are received, handled, and stored properly.
- Assist with planning and scheduling home deliveries efficiently.
- Help coordinate delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and daily workloads.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and deliveries run smoothly and on schedule.
- Maintain an organized, secure, and efficient warehouse.
- Work with team members to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Help ensure every customer has a positive delivery experience.

- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of a hands-on warehouse environment.




- Willing and able to learn, take direction, and develop management skills.
- Familiar with the Dartmouth and surrounding areas, with knowledge of the region to assist with delivery scheduling and routing.
- A strong team player who communicates well and works effectively with others.
- Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Interested in taking on additional responsibility and growing into a leadership role.

Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics, or supervisory experience would be an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
