We are hiring Carpenter Helpers, Apprentice skill level Framers/Carpenters and Experienced individuals,to work with us on our Multi Family/Residential Framing Projects throughout Calgary. We have full time year round work, and are looking for dedicated, reliable individuals to join us as we continue to grow.

**VEHICLE IS A MUST, AS THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO OUR PROJECTS**

Responsibilities, Duties, and Requirements may include but are not limited to;

- 1-5 years experience in Framing/Carpentry
- Team player mentality
- Experience building walls, floors, and any other components required for onsite construction is an asset.
- Carrying, moving, organizing lumber (must be able to carry at least 50 lbs)
- Measuring, marking, cutting lumber
- Follow the established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Familiar with the operation of hand and power tools including, but not limited to; hammers ,drills, chainsaws, skill saws, jackhammers, etc.
- Knowledgeable in the installation of windows, doors, roof trusses, sheathing, and hardware
- Build weather and safety protection.
- Erect scaffolding and ladders.
- Build and install stairs




- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- The ability to read building plans is an asset
- Knowledge of framing and foundation components, positive attitude and good work ethic is a must. Lots of opportunity to run different sites as experience and understanding grows.
- Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Full Carpentry pouch and basic tools (other tools are major asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week
