Mustang Freightways is looking for a Dispatch Support Coordinator to join our AM Operations team in Acheson.

This is not a “sit quietly and wait for something to happen” kind of job.

Freight is moving.
Drivers are calling.
Customers need answers.
Appointments need booking.
Paperwork needs checking.
And occasionally, something that was supposed to be simple… isn’t.

That’s where you come in.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help keep the dispatch office organized and freight moving by:

- Booking local freight appointments
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day
- Coordinating pickups and deliveries
- Reviewing and processing driver paperwork
- Managing interline and agent pickups
- Helping with POD entry when required
- Catching the little details before they become big problems
- Generally being one of the people everyone is very happy to have around when things get busy

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- 1–2 years of transportation experience in a similar role
- Previous call center, call-taking or customer service experience
- Solid attention to detail
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A solid work ethic and team-first attitude

Experience with AS400 is a definite asset.
