Nuhn Industries Ltd. is a family-owned agricultural manufacturing company seeking a customer-focused Parts Representative to join our team and fill an existing vacancy within our Parts Department. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with parts inquiries, quotations, and order processing while ensuring a high level of service and support. Working closely with our service and shipping departments, you will help customers identify the correct replacement parts and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers in a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails regarding parts inquiries
- Assist walk-in customers by identifying required replacement parts, answering questions, and processing orders promptly
- Create and process parts quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with service departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure parts availability and orders are shipped in a timely matter
- Provide friendly, helpful,



and professional service at all times

Qualifications:

- Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment (agriculture, industrial, or similar)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, and part diagrams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Previous experience in a customer service or parts department
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Experience working with agricultural equipment considered an asset
- Hands-on farm experience or background in maintaining/repairing farm machinery considered an asset
- Familiarity with agricultural brands and parts systems considered an asset

The ideal candidate has practical experience working on farms or repairing agricultural equipment and understands the urgency and seasonality of the industry.

- Day shift 7:00AM – 4:30PM, Fridays until 3:00PM
- Monday to Friday
