Job Summary

The E-Commerce Coordinator is the team lead for Pure Pharmacy's Online warehouse. Their responsibilities include supervising a small team, purchasing, coordinating transfers with physical locations, receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, customer support, and digital catalogue maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company is well represented digitally, while supporting the smooth operation of the e-commerce store.

Duties

- Manage purchasing and inventory replenishment across 60+ vendors, including purchase orders, transfer requests, and stock level optimization.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment and shipping operations, supervising the processing of approximately 25-150 customer orders per day and resolving shipping-related issues.
- Lead inventory management activities, including receiving stock, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and event inventory planning.
- Supervise customer service operations, providing support through phone, email, and webchat while coordinating with stores, pharmacy teams, and internal departments.
- Maintain and update the e-commerce platform, including promotional pricing, featured products, site content, and location information.
- Manage product catalogue maintenance through bulk updates, price changes, vendor requests,



inventory availability updates, and website functionality support.
- Ensure warehouse organization and operational efficiency while developing expertise in Shopify, inventory systems, shipping platforms, Excel, and e-commerce data management.

Skills

- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Comfort and patience for working with less intuitive digital systems.
- Strong inventory management and order fulfillment experience.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize based on requirements when faced with multiple complex variables.
- Capacity to modulate working pace and provide consistent, reliable output over an entire shift.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management an asset. Experience with Matrixify, Shopify Flow, ShipStation, or similar platforms considered an asset.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
