Bakery Café & Kitchen Team Member

Patisserie Lebeau is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable team member to join our growing bakery café.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, coffee preparation, retail sales, and light kitchen work. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in quality, and is willing to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Front of House

- Welcome and assist customers
- Explain products and make recommendations
- Maintain an attractive bakery display
- Keep café and retail areas clean and organized

Coffee & Beverage Service

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment
- Ensure consistent beverage quality

Kitchen Support

- Assemble sandwiches and light café items
- Assist with food preparation
- Portion ingredients and restock stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards




- Support kitchen and bakery staff as needed

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and solid customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe certification is an asset
- Barista experience is an asset
- Kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
