Requirements:

- Eligibility for Qualified Engineer or Engineering Licensee registration
- Registration eligibility with APEGS
- Excellent engineering, interpersonal, and consultative skills
- Consultative and facilitation skills supporting regional goals
- Ability to lead project managers and technicians
