As a Director, Quality Assurance, you will have the opportunity to mobilize talent and evolve ways of working to support high-performing delivery and consistent quality standards across the organization.Through your leadership, you will position Quality Assurance as a strategic partner to delivery teams. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and processes to promote predictable, productive delivery aligned with organizational objectives.Mobilizing your team around priorities, clarifying roles and expectations, and fostering an environment built on accountability, collaboration, and performance;
Overseeing activities, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet organizational priorities and practice standards while ensuring sound administrative management of the team;
Defining the vision and strategic direction of the Quality Assurance practice and evolving standards, methodologies, tools, and validation mechanisms;
Promoting the team's expertise and fostering a culture of quality based on prevention, accountability, and continuous learning;
Establishing performanceindicators and governance tools to provide visibility into testing quality, work predictability, and practice maturity;
Guiding testing strategies based on risks, business needs, and delivery priorities, while monitoring industry trends and innovations in quality assurance, test automation, and artificial intelligence.Has 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance,



including experience managing teams;
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the application development lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies within cooperative environments;
Masters quality assurance practices applied throughout the development lifecycle, including test strategy, risk management, and automation;
