Lead electrical design for ICI and healthcare construction in Toronto, applying high and low voltage expertise across major building projects.

This full-time permanent Senior Electrical Design Manager role supports pursuits and delivery for EllisDon projects. You will guide design build, design assist, P3, and pre-construction activities across healthcare, mission critical, justice, and educational sectors. The work includes electrical and ICAT systems, budgets, coordination, and construction implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage electrical design through pursuit and post-pursuit phases
- Advise on conceptual systems and technology approaches
- Review RFPs, project agreements, and submission deliverables
- Coordinate ICAT scope with EDS and subcontractors




- Support design implementation through construction and operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Ten-plus years of engineering and construction experience
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and high voltage systems
- Robust project management and communication skills
- Industry relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
