Job Responsibility:

BMC Remedy ITSM Technology Architect - our client requires a technical architect with experience in BMC Remedy ITSM and systems migration to plan the migration of current BMC Remedy ITSM 9.1.10 installation to a BMC Helix ITSM 22.x.x Cloud installation.

Duties include:

· Facilitate a variety of design thinking activities and collaborative sessions to understand the workflow and data migration requirements needed to host the BMC Helix ITSM solution. Plan and execute research to understand expectations, behaviors and needs to inform design decisions.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, service migration plans, information architecture diagrams, and other design artefacts as suits the needs of the migration project or migration team.
- Collaborate with and advise the product and infrastructure teams on architectural design





Work is onsite/remote/hybrid with minimum of 3 days onsite in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory Requirements Include:

· Experience migrating BMC Remedy ITSM

· Experience with BMC Helix ITSM solution

· BMC Remedy ITSM experience as a technology architect

· Experience in system migration planning

· Experience in Cloud and Open Source software
