Hiring Pizza Store Manager !!

Key Job Duties:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered.
- Inventory and Ordering: Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize food waste through effective inventory control.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet brand standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Compliance: Enforce compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations, as well as company policies.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, labor, and food costs; assist with budgeting, and achieve profitability goals.
- Team Development: Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations,



and support staff development and training.
- Marketing Support: Help implement local marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer loyalty programs.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
