Lead requirements development and solution analysis as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Ontario Ministry transportation safety projects. Work with vendors and stakeholders across delivery phases.

This Business Analyst, Level 3, supports the Project Management and Program Delivery team. The work includes feasibility analysis, project scoping, process mapping, requirements validation, and technical design review. You will contribute to agile, waterfall, and iterative delivery within public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project design, implementation, and testing phases
- Conduct feasibility analysis, scoping, and work estimates
- Facilitate Joint Requirements Planning and Joint Application Design sessions
- Develop current-state and future-state process and data maps
- Report progress, issues,



concerns, and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

- Experience with SDLC, agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies
- Experience with UML tools and business object-oriented modeling
- Experience developing and validating business and technical requirements
- Public sector architecture, applications, databases, and systems knowledge
- Solid analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
