- Lead business analysis for large-scale digital and I⁢ initiatives , translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
- Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, data, and reporting requirements .
- Develop business-process models, current-state/future-state workflows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices .
- Collaborate with policy, legal, privacy, security, operational, and technology stakeholders to assess legislative and regulatory changes.
- Work with external vendors to define requirements, assess solution fit, and support solution implementation.
- Support Agile delivery, product backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing, defect resolution,



and implementation readiness .
- Identify business gaps, risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and operational impacts; support privacy assessments and personal-information flow documentation.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, options analyses, and status reports.
- Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
- Preferred: Prior public-sector experience, government registry experience, and robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
