The position is full-time, permanent, and 40 hours per week. It is based out of 545 Robson St #2, Vancouver, BC, V6B 1A6, which is also our business address. The position pays $82,250.00 per annum. You will also be eligible for merit increases and promotion in line with company performance reviews. Job Duties: The successful Applicant will perform the following duties:

- Interpret and communicate regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, guidance, and best practices and assess impact to company activities
- Assist with the gaming license application process,



including completing and submitting applications to new and current jurisdictions
- Recommend changes to procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards
- Develop policies and tools to automate Know Your Client workflow
- Use internal KYC processes to review and provide reports and feedback on third parties
- Provide accurate technical review of data or reports
- Serve as liaison between internal and external customers, regulators, and advisors, to clarify and resolve issues
- Assist with maintaining internal records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with and/or manage projects as needed
- Attend meetings as required, taking notes and preparing follow-up tasks after each meeting

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, with a preference for accounting, business, law, government affairs or related field;
- Several years experience in regulatory or Know Your Client compliance;
- Previous experience conducting regulatory compliance and interpreting regulations pertaining to gaming licensing;
- Previous experience in complex technical reporting and data review;
- Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing.
