Lead complex business analysis with requirements development, UML modeling, and agile delivery for a Public Sector project team. Support design, implementation, and testing phases.

This Senior Business Analyst, Level 3, works with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The assignment includes feasibility analysis, project scoping, estimates, and requirements validation. You will support Transportation Safety initiatives within MTO’s TS Division and follow direction from Project Management or the Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct feasibility analysis, project scoping, and work estimates
- Facilitate Joint Requirements Planning and Joint Application Design sessions
- Analyze current-state and future-state processes and data
- Develop business, system, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Support development, testing, risks,



issues, and project interdependencies

Requirements:

- Knowledge of SDLC, agile, waterfall, and iterative methodologies
- Experience with UML tools, object-oriented modeling, and requirements deliverables
- Experience investigating systems in integrated mainframe and mid-tier environments
- Experience facilitating sprints, meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Robust analytical, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
