Key Responsibilities:

- Operate brewing, filtration, and cleaning equipment safely
- Produce high quality beer according to internal SOPs
- Maintain GMP cleaning standards and plant organization
- Document batches, filtration runs, cleaning logs, and traceability
- Perform specification checks and beer taste panels

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of beer production experience
- Passion for beer and strong communication skills
- Availability for rotating shifts and occasional weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Degree or diploma in beverage production or related discipline
