We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team at our Torontobranch. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Stone Slab showroom customers, supporting contractors, distributors, designers, and retail clients. This is an excellent chance for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-service-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships while contributing to operational excellence.
Greet and assist showroom and order desk customers by providing technical guidance and product expertise
Receive and process orders by phone, email, and in person, ensuring pricing, coding, and approvals are accurate




Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues
Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications
Promote new products and maintain showroom displays and samples
Collaborate with external sales representatives to support customer accounts
1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service (retail, distribution, or building materials experience is an asset)

- High school diploma required; post-secondary courses in sales, administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ERP/order entry systems is an asset
- Knowledge of tile, flooring, or building materials is an asset
- Five (5) day work week, must be able to work Sundays
