Welcome visitors in Toronto as a Visitor Services Ambassador, using inclusive service and transparent communication across in-person and digital channels. The Ontario Science Centre seeks temporary ambassadors for visitor services, admissions, retail, and customer experience. You will provide information about exhibits, programs, events, memberships, accessibility services, amenities, and policies. The work supports welcoming experiences for visitors of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, inclusive, visitor-focused service

Assist visitors by telephone, email, live chat, and other channels

Process admissions, memberships, reservations, and retail transactions

Support visitor flow, wayfinding, school visits, and events





Replenish products and process online retail orders

Requirements:

Public service experience through in-person and digital channels

Knowledge of accessible and inclusive service practices

Experience using point-of-sale, ticketing, or reservation systems

Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings, and two weekdays

Advanced spoken and written French for bilingual positions
