The Inside Sales Representative will:

Drive new business development through cold calling, lead generation, and networking across your designated region of the GTA.

Identify each prospect’s commercial insurance picture — current coverage, who they’re with, and when their program renews.

Find creative ways to generate new leads and open new doors.

Achieve defined call-volume and appointment targets and keep your pipeline clean in our CRM.

Participate in continuing education to build product knowledge and sales skill and work toward your RIBO licence.

Represent KASE in the market as a credible brand ambassador.

To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative at KASE, you will need:

A track record of competing and winning — in sales, sports, or anything measured by a scoreboard.

Sales experience and a genuine passion for generating results and opening new business (no insurance background required — we teach that).
