Key Responsibilities:

Act as leader on duty when scheduled

Set daily direction and shift goals for associates

Demonstrate selling behaviors and elevated product knowledge

Complete opening, closing, shipment, and deposit routines

Execute floorsets, windows, visual presentation, and marketing placement

Requirements:

Consumer-first retail experience and selling culture skills

Demonstrated sales, consumer experience, and operational results

Effective communication, feedback, and quick adaptability

Ability to coach and de-escalate situations

High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Use consumer connections, operational leadership, and product expertise to support Bath & Body Works store performance.
