Lead workplace safety in Scarborough with Adecco’s HSE Coordinator opportunity, applying compliance expertise across multiple job sites. Permanent, full time employment is available. This HSE Coordinator supports a growing organization’s safety-first culture and operational excellence. You will guide managers, employees, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining the Health & Safety Management System. The work includes inspections, audits, investigations, training, risk management, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion safety culture across organizational levels and job sites

Conduct inspections, observations, audits, and hazard assessments

Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans

Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations





Maintain documentation, committees, emergency planning, and safety programs

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

Minimum three years of Health and Safety experience

Construction experience and COR program experience preferred

Knowledge of legislation, WHMIS 2015, and Working at Heights

Microsoft Office proficiency and Canadian work eligibility required
