This is a fully commission-based role, offering a lucrative earning potential for those who can successfully source and place top-tier candidates. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, business development, and sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, staying updated on market trends.

Create job postings and advertise roles across multiple job boards and social media platforms.

Market job opportunities effectively on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract top talent.

Conduct skilled reference checks to verify candidate credentials.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or agency recruitment (sales/account management in recruitment is an asset).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Passion for sales, recruitment, and business development.

Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of candidates.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment tools.

High Earning Potential: Earn up to 40% of the total commission on successful placements.
