We are seeking a lawyer with seven (7) plus years of litigation experience to join our growing Ottawa team, who is comfortable assisting clients in both commercial and estate litigation domains. You deliver high-quality work

You have strong drafting and analytical skills and can assess complex issues,



while providing a unique perspective

You are creative and provide effective legal advice on matters with significant complexity and risk exposure

You provide legal opinions, arguments and information in a explicit and concise manner

You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario; Seven (7) plus years of litigation experience.

Assets

A background and/or experience in construction litigation would be an asset; An existing book of business would be an asset.
