Lead CPG field sales in Calgary with team development, retail execution, and solid analytical skills across Alberta’s grocery channel.

Encore is seeking a Regional Field Manager to lead part-time sales and merchandising representatives across the region. You will support client success through call coverage, product distribution, brand visibility, and store relationships. The position emphasizes team performance and retail priorities.

Lead representatives toward sales and merchandising objectives

Communicate retail priorities and maintain call coverage

Spend 50% to 60% training and supporting teams

Review reports and create performance improvement plans

Five-plus years leading teams in grocery environments

Ability to travel overnight 10% to 15%

Bring grocery leadership, CPG expertise, and retail execution skills to Encore’s Calgary regional field sales team.
