Availability is required from late October through December 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village services and products

Identify customer needs and create sales opportunities

Assist with Thermea gift certificate sales and purchases

Manage heavy customer traffic at the kiosk

Open and close the temporary kiosk

Requirements:

High school diploma

One year of customer service experience

Sales experience and POS system experience

Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office applications

Availability for variable holiday-period hours

Bring customer service, sales, POS, and Microsoft Office skills to Thermea Spa Village Whitby’s seasonal kiosk team.
