Calian is excited to invite a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at CFB London. This full time role offers the unique opportunity to serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing high-quality primary care to Canadian Armed Forces members. As a Nurse Practitioner with Calian, you will play an essential role in delivering comprehensive health services, including primary care, health promotion and disease prevention while having access to a robust multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a professional committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our Armed Forces personnel through collaborative and impactful care.
Hours are 0730 - 1600 hrs, Monday to Friday

Performs comprehensive health assessments using sound clinical judgment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
Consults with physicians or other health care professionals when the client’s condition requires care beyond the scope of NP practice.
Makes appropriate medical employment limitation recommendations in accordance with the Surgeon General’s guidelines.
Prescribes medications and orders x-rays, ultrasounds, and lab tests in accordance with the Standards of Practice for RNs in the Extended Class
Implements strategies to promote health and prevent illness with individuals, families or groups.
Licensed and in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Ontario
One year of full time experience as a Nurse Practitioner working in primary care or an acute care unit
Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C
You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level

75 - $85 hourly
Weekday hours, 7:30am – 4pm – no evenings or weekends
